80s comedies are the best... or are they not?

Greetings fellow 80s fans!
So, it seems to me that You wanna watch something fun from the 80s eh?
Been searching and searching, and watching and watching and You still can't get enough of those funny flicks from Your favorite decade right?
Well, me too!
As I'm still watching new stuff, rewatching old stuff, and going trough some very odly stuff.
So to help You decide what to watch, and what NOT TO WATCH, to give You a few recommendations and hints on some great titles You've never heard of, I've decide to create this simple blog, where I'll be reviewing comedy flick from 80s I'll get me hands on.

A fine mess (1986)

Starring: Ted Danson,  Howie Mandel Directed by: Blake Edwards ( badly underpayed, forced to direct it or impersonated by someone ) Script by: a total weirdo WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT? I don't know. I don't care. I didn't get the story during the first 20 minutes or more, and then decided to turn if off. WORTH WATCHING? NO. If You're a die hard Ted Danson fan or Howie Mandel fan You can try. But seriously, it's madness, it's totally out of any sense. With acting, with story, with dialogue, with pacing and so on. I'm very much into the 80s, fashion, cars, hair styles and so on, so I tend to get trough a lot of bad movies... but... I didn't try to get trough this one. What I did like were the ladies. Some real beauties. But I was even more surprised then to learn that it's hard to find who's playing them! Seriously! Fletch lives (1989) Starring:  Chevy Chase, Hal Holbrook, Julianne Phillips, Randal "Tex" Cobb, Richard Libertini, Cleavon Little, Patricia Kalember Directed by:  Michael Ritchie WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT? An investage reporter from LA quits his job when he learns that his aunt left him a plantation in Louisiana in her will. Hovewer, as soon as he gets there, he realizes that it's not what he's expected... and that local swamps hide more secrets and crime too. WORTH WATCHING? I'm not sure. Honestly, being a fan of the first movie in the Fletch series, I didn't like the strange mix of crime and humor that is shown in this installment. The original Fletch didn't even try to hide that it was a bit of a self-parody at time. But here I'd say they've managed to jump a shark. The way our hero keeps his jokes a minute after an innocent woman is brutally murdered is NOT funny at all, and it ruins the rest of the movie, because of such actions. Well, there is of
